About this opportunity :

Our client is looking for a number of Salesforce Developers (Junior to Senior level) with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, preferably within Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications - ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirement

Responsibilities:
. Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.

. Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and, where required, Apex or Visualforce customizations.

. Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.

. Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.

. Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration for system integrations and customizations.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.

. Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high reliability and performance.

. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.

. Stay current with industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness

Requirements:
. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, and Software Platforms is beneficial.

. Certifications: Must hold at least one of the following (or an equivalent advanced-tier certification):
a. Salesforce Platform App Builder
b. Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
c. Salesforce Platform Developer I
d. Salesforce Platform Developer II

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative, efficient solutions.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.

Nice to Have:
. Exposure to Salesforce Omnistudio advanced configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules.
. Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.
. Familiarity with low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development methodologies.
