We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support a large-scale enterprise case management platform. You will deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom objects
- Configure Salesforce features across Service Cloud and Public Sector Solution, with potential exposure to Experience Cloud
- Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions using JIRA and Confluence
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects
- Troubleshoot issues across environments and ensure platform stability
- Support CI/CD-based deployments across multiple environments
- Maintain technical documentation including design documents and deployment guides
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and continuously improve system performance and usability
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and/or Administrator) is a plus
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
- Good understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
