We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving the optimization of our Salesforce CRM system to meet business needs and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and implement Salesforce CRM functionalities to optimize business processes.
  • Conduct user training and support initiatives to enhance user adoption.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system enhancements and processes.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Salesforce Reports.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
