Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Automation Tester to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, specifically within Salesforce environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications through rigorous testing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Identify and document defects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct regression testing on Salesforce CRM applications to ensure stability after updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on test progress and results to project stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing, specifically within Salesforce CRM environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and its automation features.
  • Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
