Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
Deliver functional and application designs that align with business needs.
Ensure that solutions accurately represent both current and future business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities within business processes.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).

Beginner proficiency in Salesforce Configuration.
Intermediate proficiency in process improvement.
Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder communication.
Beginner proficiency in data analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in solution evaluation.
