Salesforce Architect/Engineer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to design comprehensive solutions that enhance business operations across multiple clouds. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and strategic oversight to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design holistic Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud, including scalable data models and integration patterns. Establish governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Lead technical design sessions, create architectural diagrams, and review solution blueprints. Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and code review processes, to ensure deployment governance. Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and junior architects on Salesforce best practices and technical capabilities. Define and implement secure integration patterns and authentication models, ensuring data protection protocols. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture and data flow diagrams. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce initiatives with overall IT strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an architect position. Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows, along with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, security models, and governor limits. Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or active progress towards this certification. Additional certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or Identity & Access Architect are advantageous. Experience with Marketing Cloud and data visualization tools such as Tableau CRM is a plus. Competency in enterprise governance and technical documentation practices.
