Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This role is critical in driving scalable, secure, and customer-centric systems. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver robust solutions across Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices
- Design integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware, and microservices
2. Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on leadership to development teams
- Review code, configurations, and solution design for quality and scalability
- Establish best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Support pre-sales or proposal efforts where required
4. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations
- Implement governance frameworks for Salesforce platform usage
- Conduct architecture reviews and audits
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies
- Recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics capabilities within Salesforce
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8-12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualforceREST/SOAP APIs and integration patternsData modeling and governance
- Experience working in regulated environments is an advantage
Certifications (Preferred / Required)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly preferred
- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
