Salesforce Architect

Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will establish governance frameworks, lead technical design, and ensure best practices across development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

. Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud
. Define data models, security models, and integration patterns
. Lead technical design sessions and produce architecture documentation
. Define development standards for Apex, LWC, and Flows

Governance & Compliance

. Implement Salesforce governance, data quality frameworks, and release processes
. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA)
. Oversee DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and code reviews

Technical Leadership

. Guide developers and admins on best practices
. Resolve complex technical issues
. Collaborate with enterprise architects on overall IT strategy

Integration & Security

. Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware)
. Design secure authentication (SSO, OAuth, SAML)

Requirements

. 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architecture roles
. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows
. Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, API integration
. Familiar with DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
. Strong stakeholder and leadership skills
. Salesforce CTA (or progress towards it) is preferred
. Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus
