Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for large-scale digital programmes, delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
- Define scalable data models, security architecture, and integration patterns (API-first).
- Drive technical design workshops, architecture reviews, and solution governance.
- Establish Salesforce governance standards (DevOps, CI/CD, release management, data quality).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PDPA) and enterprise security standards.
- Lead integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and vendors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce security models.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Data Cloud exposure preferred.
- Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Salesforce CTA (or in progress) Architect certifications highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and enterprise architecture alignment experience.
