Salesforce Application Developer

We're hiring a Salesforce Application Developer on behalf of our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital services sector. In this role, you'll design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to support critical business processes, enhance system functionality through configurations and customizations, and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to support business processes and meet application requirements.
• Enhance system functionality through configurations and, when required, customizations using Apex or Visualforce.
• Implement scalable solutions by leveraging Salesforce Omnistudio components, including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Configure and maintain packaged or SaaS applications, manage release cycles, and ensure overall system stability.
• Perform technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration of system integrations and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
• Provide expertise, training, and assistance to colleagues and stakeholders regarding Salesforce features and recommended practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration. Junior: 1-3 years, Mid-level: 3-5 years, Senior: 5+ years
• Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries/Public Sector Solutions is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of packaged development estimating, packaged application integration, and software platforms is beneficial.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications:Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Familiarity with low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development methodologies is advantageous.
