Overview

Responsible for driving sales and managing end-to-end project coordination for playground equipment, EPDM safety surfacing, and outdoor fitness installations across residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with Town Councils, MCSTs, schools, and developers

Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, consultants, and landscape architects

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions (including technical documentation)

Coordinate with design and operations teams on playground layouts, EPDM designs, and project execution

Attend site meetings, inspections, and project handovers

Manage client expectations, handle feedback, and follow up on variation orders (VOs)

Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth delivery from award to completion

Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and competitor activities
