Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Trainer to support training and development within a medical aesthetics company. The role focuses on equipping team members with product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement skills to enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Support onboarding and continuous development of sales team members
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching where required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing training materials and sales support tools
- Travel as required for business and training purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in both sales and training roles, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English is required for training delivery, documentation, and business communication
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Chinese is required for effective internal communication with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to engage and train diverse teams effectively
- Willingness to travel for work assignments (including overseas, where required)
