Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer Lead to lead our training initiatives focused on enhancing the performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating sales materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive training programs.

While we prefer candidates based in Singapore for a fully onsite role, we are open to considering profiles from outside Singapore for remote opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and create training materials that cater to B2B sales strategies and best practices.
  • Design and implement training programs for internal trainers and sales teams, ensuring alignment with Cartrack's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
  • Mentor and guide internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training material.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and sales methodologies to incorporate into training content.
  • Manage the training calendar and logistics for all training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales training and development or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful training content.
  • Experience in mentoring and training others.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
