What You'll Do
- Participate fully in a structured 2-year development journey, advancing the different phases and learning the roles of different departments.
- Assist in managing customer relationships, including support for daily order processing and general inquiries.
- Conduct market research and generate leads through email, phone outreach, social media, and networking.
- Join product demonstrations and site visits to gain commercial field experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Support sales forecasting, CRM data management, and contract tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare standard quotations and assist in sales proposals and tender processes.
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to Sales Managers and Business Unit Heads.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone with an interest in sales or someone ready to embrace a challenge.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field activities.
- Prior internship or experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare sector preferred.
