Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Technician Staff to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves both customer-facing sales and technical installation of smart home products. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Engage customers (walk-in, online, and corporate clients) to introduce Smartifai's solutions.
- Demonstrate smart home products and explain benefits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Technical:
- Install, configure, and test smart home devices (lighting, sensors, cameras, hubs, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Conduct on-site visits for setup, maintenance, and training.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory).
- Prior experience in sales, electrical work, or IT networking is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with on-site installation work.
- Singaporeans/PR only (eligible under MyCareersFuture).
- Fresh graduates / candidates with strong interest in smart home technology are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
