Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline discussions to drive accountability and performance
- Partner with HR and senior management to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Drive new client acquisition and portfolio growth within Singapore's affluent segment
- Oversee cross-selling of wealth management, lending, and protection solutions to deepen client relationships
- Develop and execute market strategies to expand the client base and strengthen market presence
- Ensure delivery of high-quality financial advice and superior client experience across the team
- Provide guidance on complex client cases, including wealth planning and investment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings
- Drive continuous training, certification, and professional development within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in wealth or priority banking, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed acquisition and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of Singapore's offshore affluent market and banking solutions
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities
- Prior leadership experience in Priority or Premier Banking with international banks is preferred
- Experience managing affluent and HNW client segments in offshore markets
