As a Sales Team Lead, Bancassurance, you will spearhead the growth of life insurance portfolios through a strategic digital-first partnership.

  • Lead and implement sales activity management strategies to achieve organizational growth targets and business development goals.

  • Drive a digital-first engagement approach by utilizing advanced online platforms and mobile applications to enhance productivity.

  • Motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed objectives for comprehensive insurance solutions.

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to policy issuance, ensuring a seamless digital experience and consultative service.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and insurance partners to optimize product uptake and market awareness.

  • Proven leadership experience within bancassurance sales or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting growth targets.

  • Deep knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to drive a needs-based, consultative sales culture.
