Job summary:
The Sales Support Specialist ensures efficient management of sales operations, including processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and customers. This role supports the business development team to achieve organizational goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details.
- Manage shipping documentation for imports and exports and prepare invoices.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve sales, marketing, and delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain sales records, prepare performance reports, and develop tracking tools.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for the business development team.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or a similar role within a trading organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Incoterms and payment terms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with headquarters and customers.
