Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for a Sales Support Senior Analyst to join their FIC COO team, supporting APAC Fixed Income and Currencies front office on KYC and Client Perimeter matters.
What you'll do:
- Support FIC Front Office on KYC matters across new client onboarding, product extension/reactivation, and periodic reviews
- Partner with FIC sales, traders, and KYC Ops to resolve issues and bottlenecks in the client review population
- Support the bank's Client Perimeter review process, helping identify accounts that fall below activity thresholds
- Act as a conduit between Front Office and infrastructure partners (KYC Ops, AFC, Compliance) to drive resolution
- Flex into BAU and urgent onboarding needs as they arise
- Share lessons learnt and best practices between regional and Global ACO teams
- Escalate issues to management in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years experience in Client Onboarding, Middle Office, Compliance, AFC, or KYC risk-based roles at a major global financial institution
- Good understanding of KYC requirements, particularly HK & SG AML/AFC policies (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
