Job responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders accurately in the system.
Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments with customers.
Support sales team with documentation, quotations, and administrative tasks.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Good understanding of sales processes, order handling, and invoicing.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/sales systems.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
