As a Sales Support Intern, you will work closely with the sales team to support various aspects of the deal cycle from seeding opportunities to assisting with quotations, events, RFPs, and meeting coordination. You will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, while learning how to sell and support client-facing initiatives.

What Youll Do

  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and RFP documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Support sales-related events, workshops, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales presentations.
  • Learn and support the process of how to sell within a B2B context.
  • Help track project tasks and timelines for deal progression.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to create and polish presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in sales, client engagement, and business development.
