Sales Support Executive

As a Sales Support Executive for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts. This full-time position is based in Tuas West Region and will involve providing comprehensive sales support to our sales team.

What you'll be doing:

1. Liaise with customers to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information.

2. Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and other related sales documentation.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the company's SAP Business One (SAP B1) system.

4. Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and other sales-related activities.

5. Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely invoicing.

6. Monitor and report on sales trends and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

7. Deliver excellent customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact for clients.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

What we are looking for

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Knowledge of mechanical products such as gaskets or sealing solutions will be an added advantage.

2. At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

4. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One), Microsoft Office, and other relevant business applications.

5. A proactive team player with strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
