Job Description

Job Scope:

· Update on customers maintenance contract status time to time

· Process inventory transfer in SAP

· Handle and control in-house stock (warehouse management)

· Liaise with engineer to pick and pack outgoing shipment

· Measure non-profitable program

· Prepare year end stock list for account audit closing

· Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the company data

· As and when delegated/ dedicated

Key Activities:

· Attend customer/ branch's enquiries about spare part price and stock availability

· Attend customer's call-in for repair, servicing and maintenance request

· Prepare quotation to customer after or before service

· Handle and prepare customer maintenance contract renewal agreement

· Process customer's PO/ internal PR to suppliers.

· Process Sales Order into SAP

· Arrange a schedule work (demo/ installation) and periodic maintenance with engineer, customers and/ or contractors

· Source parts from local suppliers when needed

· Prepare DO, Packing List and Sales Invoice in accordance to customer PO

Job Requirements

· More than 2 years experience in a general administrative or similar role.

· Basic knowledge in industrial equipment distribution or spare part management.

· He/She must be computer literate with knowledge of work processing by SAP system.

· Possess good organization skills by using Microsoft for data analysis.

· Strong coordination skills to coordinate and communicate between internal and all levels of the customers and suppliers organizations.

· Self-starting orientation and willing to learn.

· Detailed-oriented
