We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and supporting reporting and coordination efforts across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation for management review
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, including Operations and Sales, to ensure seamless workflow
- Follow up with new and existing clients to support relationship management and business growth
- Monitor incoming emails and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately based on client requirements
- Support inventory management, including stock tracking, updates, and coordination with relevant teams
- Handle purchase orders (POs), including preparation, processing, and issuance to suppliers
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of inventory and procurement activities
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks, projects as assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Relevant experience in sales support, operations or administrative roles is an advantage
- Strong ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
