Sales Support Executive (Order processing/ Logistics coordination/ East)

• Location: Paya Lebar MRT

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid arrangement upon confirmation)

• Salary: Up to $3,500 + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and prepare quotations.

• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics partners.

• Arrange shipments for industrial sewing machines and spare parts.

• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and Letter of Credit (L/C) documents when required.

• Review L/C terms and highlight any amendments needed.

• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.

• Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, logistics, operations, or a similar role is preferred.

• Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation will be an advantage.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an added advantage.
