RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
• Generate reports and maintenance of database
• Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
• Prior experience in the medical/scientific equipment, devices and consumables industry would be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and organized
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of SAP/SAGE will be an additional advantage
• Good team player
• Experience working on government tender will be an additional advantage
