This is a temporary maternity coverage opportunity starting in March 2026, offering a monthly salary of up to S$/3,500. Reporting to the order management team lead, Your role is to but not limited

• Manage pre-sales inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and fulfillment timelines.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales order process including system entry, modifications, and customer status updates.

• Coordinate with global production sites and logistics partners to facilitate local and international shipments.

• Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation and assist with letter of credit presentations.

• Liaise between internal operations and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service claims.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in utilizing enterprise resource planning systems for order management and reporting.

• Strong communication skills with a proven track record in professional customer service environments.

• Ability to handle complex shipping documentation and collaborate effectively with logistics providers.

• High level of adaptability and a collaborative mindset within a fast-paced setting.
