Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Daily Sales Report
- Process RMA - manage full cycle of return goods from customers
- Input sales orders issue Delivery Orders and invoices ensure data accuracy
- Provide proforma invoices to the Sales Coordinator for payment purposes
- Prepare shipping arrangements and coordinate delivery schedules
- Monitor and update inventory stock movements and price records in the system
- Input Purchase Orders and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy
- Liaise with the Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
- Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the same industry and/or handling Letters of Credit is an advantage
- Comfortable and adaptable to ongoing system implementation and process changes
