Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, managing contracts, maintaining customer information, and generating reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as operations and finance) to address customer inquiries and ensure service delivery.
Compile and analyze sales data to produce regular performance and market analysis reports.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentation materials, and internal approval documents.
Support the sales team in customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, and project coordination.
Manage customer billing matters, including payment follow-ups, invoice verification, and data entry into the system.
Perform other sales support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Logistics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in the logistics or courier industry is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data analysis skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of communicating with clients in both languages.
