Job Summary
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, managing sales reports, liaising with customers, and collaborating across teams to drive sales initiatives and ensure operational efficiency in the freight forwarding industry.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and tenders to support the sales team's business development efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports using the company's system to track performance and inform decision-making
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports to provide comprehensive administrative support
- Communicate promptly with external customers to deliver effective responses and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and successful implementation of sales strategies
- Assist in executing sales strategies and initiatives to contribute to business growth and market expansion
Preferred competencies and qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
- At least 5 years of experience providing sales support, preferably in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective customer and team interactions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
