Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales department (sales quotations for customers, tender documents, contracts, etc.)
• Assist to enhance good relationships with customers
• Maintain customer records and database
• Assist the sales team for marketing activities, e.g., Trade Shows, Conferences, etc.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Perform all other job related duties as assigned by Managment

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree, preferably in a Science discipline
• Customer oriented and a team player
• Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Entry level are welcomed to apply, as training will be provided
