Job Summary
Support the Sales Engineer team by managing customer enquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records to help grow relationships with shipping customers.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Engineers daily by managing customer enquiries and coordinating sales-related activities to ensure smooth communication and service
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to assist the sales process
- Follow up on customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing
- Maintain and update customer records and sales information in the system to ensure data accuracy
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries while maintaining high service standards
- Schedule meetings, prepare sales reports, and assist with other administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives
