Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Executive to join our on-site team in Singapore. In this role, you will assist the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and supporting the overall sales process. Additional responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, and conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Quotation & Proposal Support

  • Prepare precise, wellstructured, and elegantly formatted sales quotations for design and build projects.
  • Work closely with designers and project managers to gather required details (specifications, measurements, materials, costs).
  • Refine and maintain pricing templates, cost libraries, and brand-aligned proposal formats.
  • Support the assembly of polished proposal packages and internal presentation decks.

2. Internal Coordination & Documentation

  • Consolidate and organise data from suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain structured records of pricing, supplier information, and project costing details.
  • Track quotation updates and revisions, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Update sales trackers, costing sheets, and internal systems (CRM or equivalent).

3. Supplier & Vendor Liaison (Internal)

  • Source and obtain updated quotations from approved vendors and fabricators.
  • Maintain a current database of pricing, catalogues, materials, and product samples.
  • Assist in comparing supplier options for internal review during costing and design development.

4. Sales Pipeline Support

  • Assist with internal sales tracking, data entry, and reporting.
  • Prepare conversion reports, quotation summaries, and progress updates for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales support to project execution.

5. Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on materials, finishes, fixtures, and premium interior products.
  • Track market pricing and supplier updates to maintain accuracy in internal costing references.
  • Support designers with adhoc research related to luxury interiors.

Requirements

  • Experience in interior design, construction, sales support, procurement, admin, or a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
  • High proficiency with spreadsheets and structured documentation (Excel, Sheets, costing tools).
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency and accuracy.
  • Appreciation for interior aesthetics, materials, and luxury design principles.
