About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to grow our FMCG Wholesale business.
This role is suitable for a strong sales manager who can manage existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across industries such as F&B, offices, hotels and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline across new and existing customers
- Attend to new sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive development of new products and markets
- Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients, reactivate dormant or inactive accounts and grow customer portfolio
- Manage key suppliers, including product sourcing, pricing, and technical support coordination
- Conduct client meetings and site visits where required
- Attend and represent the company at business networking events, seminars, and exhibitions
- Manage daily sales outreach via calls, messaging platforms and email
- Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress and conversion metrics
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in wholesale, FMCG, or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate and develop sales teams
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities
- Comfortable working with sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Good understanding of retail and consumer product market trends and competitive landscape
- Comfortable with both field sales and desk-based selling
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline preferred
