Job Description

Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
Providing customer support to sales team and handling all enquiries via phone call or email
Assist the sales team in preparing the presentation and related sales materials.
Liaise closely with internal departments to resolve any issues faced during operation
Coordinating and preparing of documents such as shipping booking, sales order, and invoices
Assisting Customer Service Manager in all daily operations and duties
Attend the sales meeting with the sales manager and prepare the meeting report
Conduct the market research and prepare a list of potential customer list.
