Sales Support Engineer

• Location: Tagore Lane

• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5.30PM

A technology-driven engineering company delivering intelligent automation, instrumentation, and digital solutions for industrial and water infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and customer support including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders

• Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor delivery timelines with logistics partners

• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, inventory, and technical records

• Support procurement activities including sourcing and supplier coordination

• Assist in project coordination between sales and technical teams

• Manage returns and resolve product-related issues

• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Science, IT, or related fields

• Strong interest in sensors, instrumentation, and IoT solutions

• Familiar with sales coordination, order processing, and customer follow-ups

• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Experience using ERP systems

• Background in engineering sales or project coordination
