Real Estate
Our client is a property development company. They are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) to support the sales team in executing real estate development projects smoothly and efficiently, with a particular focus on handling ongoing projects in Australia, ensuring high-quality customer service and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support ongoing real estate development projects in Australia by tracking timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (local partners, consultants, authorities), and ensuring deliverables are met
- Prepare property summaries, proposals, and presentation materials
- Handle phone calls, emails, visitor reception, and general inquiries
- Prepare, review, and file contracts and disclosure documents
- Liaise with design, construction, and legal teams to gather and align necessary information
- Take meeting minutes, manage sales tools, and support event operations
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Degree/Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of sales administration or support experience in (preferably in the real estate industry)
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate potential issues through timely reporting,consultation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Proficient in English and Japanese (N3 level or equivalent) to facilitate effective communication with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness and ability to travel to Australia frequently, for approximately 1 week per month
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate potential issues through timely reporting, consultation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
