About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Junior Sales Support Executive to support our APAC sales operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and high service standards for our customers.
You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely delivery, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Sales Support
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and verify sales documents including quotations, contracts, invoices, and shipping documents
- Ensure SAP orders are created accurately and on time
- Track orders and follow up on delivery status
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Logistics & Documentation
- Support end-to-end shipping arrangements and ensure compliance with export/import requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Support customs clearance and delivery coordination where required
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
- Support process optimisation and standardisation across APAC sales operations
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
Experience
- 25 years of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, or related roles
- Experience working in a regional or APAC environment is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Language
- Proficiency in English is required
- Mandarin/Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage (to liaise with regional stakeholders)
