Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales and commercial team with preparation of quotations, service proposals, and commercial documentation for turbocharger MRO projects.
- Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating follow-ups on quotes and service orders, and ensuring timely responses to customers and internal stakeholders.
- The position requires maintaining accurate records in internal systems, tracking ongoing jobs, and assisting in order processing and billing.
- The role also involves collaborating with operations and technical teams to align service delivery with customer requirements, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting commercial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Diploma in business or related field of study
- At least 2 years working experience preferably in marine related industry
- Familiar in negotiation with subcons and vendors for specialized and complex repairs works
- Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Meticulous and comfortable with large amount of admin work
- Willing to work in Tuas, with company transport provided
- Working hours Mon - Fri, 7:30am to 5pm
