Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our sales colleagues, providing proactive support that enhances our client-focused approach. Serve as the first point of contact for addressing inquiries and requests from institutional clients, showcasing our commitment to delivering superior service. Manage diverse sales support tasks, including coordinating RFPs and DDQs, facilitating new client onboarding, overseeing account opening processes, and effectively managing ongoing KYC/AML requirements for existing clients. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of client events and roadshows, amplifying our brand's presence and impact.
