Job Summary
You will proactively engage leads and customers, manage sales activities, and collaborate across teams to support sales growth and customer retention in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to leads, prospects, and customers through cold calling to generate sales opportunities
- Organize and nurture leads by tracking and updating information in CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively during fast-paced sales activities
- Support closing sales deals and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Prepare sales quotations and assist the sales team with requests for quotations (RFQ)
- Source competitive rates from vendors and overseas agents to support sales proposals
- Assist in creating sales promotional materials and sales kits as needed
- Perform additional sales support activities as required to facilitate smooth sales operations
- Drive and coordinate consolidation programs to optimize logistics solutions
- Collaborate with team members from other departments and overseas offices to achieve shared sales goals
- Support and drive sales leads through push and pull strategies with other offices
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
