Sales Support Admin (PO/DO)

Job Scope:

• Provide support to the Team.
• Manage customer purchase orders (POs), forecasts, and backlogs.
• Oversee the shipment process from start to finish.
• Address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Handle assigned local and international customer accounts.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints.
