Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor sales staff conduct performance reviews and schedule shifts.
- Sales Targets: Monitor team metrics, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
- Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Operations & Merchandising: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate product displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Usually 3-5 years in sales with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to handle complex customer or operational issues.
