Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition activities.
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job coaching/training.
Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, handle enquiries and escalations.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads until closing.
Conduct regular sales reporting (pipeline, forecast, conversion rate) and update management.
Coordinate with operations/admin/warehouse (if applicable) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
