SALES SUPERVISOR

Identify and qualify new prospects

Increase revenue from existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities

Meet organisational retention and growth targets

Create and nurture new customer relationships

Regularly report to management on results and findings in the area.

Strong qualifying skills include:

Organised and systematic in approach o Capable of working independently with little supervision

Client-centric perspective, positive outlook in the face of change, and proactive approach to issue solutions

Capable of maintaining professionalism_ and focus under pressure and tight deadlines

Requirement:

minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retails of presents, jewellery, and collectibles.

Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients.

Manage time effectively with minimum supervision.

Excellent communication skills
