Job Description

Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing of the shop.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Train, guide and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is clean and well-organized.
Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
Assist in planning sales promotions and marketing activities to increase sales.
Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures and service standards.
Support management in achieving overall business objectives.
Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or related field.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and manage a small team.
Responsible, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
