Job Description

Job Accountabilities

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Support follow-ups with leads and customers to maintain engagement and support sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and track lead progress.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on materials and events, reviewing outputs as needed.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals etc
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales planning
  • Develop product knowledge, adhere to work policies and procedures, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree with 23 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Good understanding of the higher education/professional development industry in Singapore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, well-developed diplomacy skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customers.
  • Meticulous, organised, follow through on tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and performance driven
  • Willing to learn and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
