This is a 6-months contract role with Optimum Solutions
. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
. Fieldwork: May be required for roadshows, events, or weekend shifts when needed
. Overtime: Only if required

What You Will Do:
. Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Rentals customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
. Sales Engagement: Actively interact with walk-in customers, respond to inquiries via phone or email, and convert online leads into confirmed appointments to achieve and exceed sales goals.
. Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available for rental, company policies, insurance options, and additional services offered.
. Reservation Handling: Manage reservations, accurately process rental agreements, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, such as insurance coverage, vehicle protection plans, or bundles/packages, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, follow up on their experiences, and address concerns promptly to ensure customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For:
. 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in automotive, telco, banking, insurance, retail or similar)
. Comfortable with high-volume interactions and fast-paced changes
. Strong objection handling and closing skills
. Experience in telemarketing is a strong plus
. Able to commit 6 months or longer
