Job Summary
As a Sales Specialist, you will manage sales inquiries and orders across multiple channels, collaborate with internal teams to streamline service orders and deliveries, and engage customers to enhance sales productivity and appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, and email to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service orders and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless execution
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations departments to address queries and optimize order fulfillment processes
- Contact customers proactively to arrange appointments and maintain up-to-date sales materials to support sales efforts
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and support team objectives
- Apply strong administrative and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support sales operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles to support sales and operational functions
- Demonstrated team development and leadership abilities to foster collaboration and drive team performance
- Proficiency in computer applications to support administrative and sales-related tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve processes
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders
