Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Clinical Sales Specialist.
We're looking for a driven and proactive individual to support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. This role is highly field-oriented and focuses on driving adoption of our oncology genomics solutions. If you are passionate about oncology sales and enjoy engaging directly with clinicians, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
. Actively prospect and engage clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to generate new business opportunities and drive test adoption.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, GPs, pathologists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
. Support onboarding of new accounts and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial engagement to routine use.
. Provide product knowledge, training, and updates to clinicians and partners.
. Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer & medical support, laboratory) to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
. Assist in sales and marketing initiatives such as events, webinars to increase brand awareness.
. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product positioning and improvements.
. Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.
. Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events as needed.

Who We're Looking For
. At least 2 years of hands-on oncology or molecular diagnostics sales experience.
. Motivated to grow with a startup company.
. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in afield-based role.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging health care professionals.
. Highly organized with good follow-through on accounts and opportunities.
. Passionate about improving patient outcomes through cancer diagnostics and genomics.
